Great place, great location, great price
Positive: Very modern with everything you need for a short stay, will definitely be back when working in the area or for a weekend away with the Mrs. Very attentative proprietor with all needs met and didn't need to ask them for anything.

Easy, comfy and convenient
Positive: Good standard, photos made it look bigger but was still big enough for 4 adults and a toddler.
Negative: Due to its location, road noise could be too loud for light sleepers.
