Outstanding 6 Sleeper - Great Location - Legoland

A very nice, clean and comfortable stay with great facilities. Thank you! Positive: Everything about the property and our stay was very good. Would definitely book it again. Negative: The only thing we would have preferred would be for there to be terrestrial channels on the television.

Windsor stay Positive: Super clean and tidy, comfy beds Negative: No instructions to work the heating so was chilly in evenings

Fabulous property Positive: It was a beautiful property. Great location for Legoland and Windsor Castle. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped. It was clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy. Host was super helpful and quick to respond before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. We had a fabulous time. Negative: Nothing

Positive: The house looked nice , especially downstairs. However, the fridge was not cold so our food went off, the freezer iced up. The hot water was not working and I had to phone 1.00am in the morning. Which really was upsetting. for us. The kitchen tap had a hole in the side of it. The bathroom upstairs the door handle was coming off and wouldn't lock. Overall the property lacked maintainable and it did cause a lot of distress when it was my grandsons birthday. I threw over £40 worth of food away and we had to get a takeaway away instead of cooling the food we bought as it went off We would like a partial refund please
