Positive: Great location for Legoland and Windsor, easy to follow instructions, good value for money. Communication was very good as we were potentially delayed due to the storm and we had fast and helpful responses from staff. Negative: The gate and main door to the building was always open and felt unsecure.

Positive: Great location with grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. We also walked to Windsor castle from the apartment. Is clean safe and newly renovated. WiFi was good. Negative: The bedding was cheap as pillows were so thin and cheap. Bathroom needed Toilet seat cover, hand towel holder and towel holders. The convertible sofa won't stay together. Needs some upgrades to make it a 10 but worked for our stay of 3 days with 5 people.

Perfect for what we needed Positive: Close to town, kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Negative: No instructions for the heating, steep and narrow stairs to get to the apartment, no towel rails or hooks in bathroom.
